After calling her out over what he described as her manipulative acts, actor Yul Edochie has continued to chastise his estranged wife May Yul-Edochie.
The couple, whose marriage has been in a turmoil after Yul announced the birth of his son with colleague actor Judy Austin, lost their eldest son in June 2023.
In a post on new year day reflecting on the preceding year, May described 2023 as one that stole her flesh and blood and left her devastated and confused.
Her post generated reactions from many social media users who sympathized with her over the loss of her son while calling out Yul for being insensitive about the child’s death.
Reacting in a series of post on social media on January 2, 2024, Yul took her on for being manipulative and inciting the public against him.
In a fresh social media post on January 3, 2024, he called her out for refusing to drop his name despite the fact that she has filed for divorce.
Yul also revealed how May and her family failed to return the bride price he paid on her head in spite of his numerous demands.
“You have filed for divorce. Yet, you refused to drop my name,” he stated.
“Return the bride price I paid, you & family refused. I have asked for the return of the bride price a couple of times, you people vehemently refused. I don’t understand why”.
