Tongraan Kugbilsong Nanlebegtang, the Paramount Chief of the Talensi Traditional Area, has expressed unwavering confidence in Dr. Mahamoud Bawumia’s ability to deliver on his promises if elected President in the 2024 General Elections.
During a courtesy call by Dr. Bawumia at his palace, as part of his campaign tour of the Upper East Region, the chief warmly welcomed the Vice President and presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In his address, the chief acknowledged Dr. Bawumia’s impressive track record, saying, “What you have done is not anything new to us all”
“Our cry is that, we need more from you and we are sure that when you come to power you will deliver all your promises,” he added.
As the 2024 elections draw near, the people of Ghana eagerly await the opportunity to choose their next leader, Dr Bawumia seeks to propagate his vision for Ghana to the people of the Upper East Region.
