Founder and leader of the Prophetic Hill Chapel, Nigel Gaisie says he has deep admiration for President Akufo-Addo despite his constant criticism of the president’s leadership.

Mr. Nigel Gaisie stated that he particularly admires the President’s confidence and, his eloquence and fluency with the English language.

His admiration for President Akufo-Addo, Nigel Gaisie disclosed, is the reason he has sent his son to London in the United Kingdom to study.

According to him, he wants his son to learn to speak impeccable English and be as confident as Nana Akufo-Addo and probably ascend to the highest office of the land one day.

“I am a fan of Nana Addo. I love the way he speaks English. I took my son to London because of Nana Akufo-Addo. I want my son to speak and rattle English just like him. He doesn’t speak, he rattle the English and I love his confidence. He speaks elitist and spotless English. So I love president Akufo-Addo. I pray for him. I even fasted for him during his birthday from 6 to 12,” he stated in an interview on Accra-based Starr FM.

He, however, indicated that his affection for former President, John Dramani Mahama is deeper than that for President Akufo-Addo.

This, he claimed, is because he has been mandated by God to ensure that the former president becomes president of Ghana again.

“I have a mandate to make sure that John Mahama becomes the President. I love him. The bible says, you can’t love God and mammon, so I love John Mahama because the Lord told me so,” he added.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie claimed, prior to the December 7 polls, that John Dramani Mahama who was the presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) was going to win the elections.

He, however, urged Mr. Mahama and the NDC to be vigilant and jealously protect the polls as he alleged that there were plots to rig the elections.

Even after Mr. Mahama was defeated in the 2020 polls, Mr. Nigel Gaisie insisted during his 31st Night prophecies that the former president would return to the presidency in 2021.
