Highlife musician, George Kwabena Adu known by his stage name Kwabena Kwabena has shockingly revealed that he has never have affection any of the women he has been with.
Speaking in an interview on TV3, Kwabena Kwabena suggested that his past marriages failed because of his inability to fall in love with his partners amorously.
This revelation comes on the back of reports that the multiple award-winning musician maybe a homosexual. Kwabena Kwabena, in his recent public appearance, wears clothes with his nails painted and poses in ways that many deemed feminist hence, the allegation that he is gay.
He, however, debunked the allegation stating that it is unwise to judge people by their appearance in pictures on social media.
But his latest revelation will somehow reinforce the perception that he is a homosexual as many could link his inability to fall in love with the opposite sex to his alleged sexual orientation.
Kwabena Kwabena got married on two different occasions but both marriages ended in divorce amidst controversies. The musician first got married in 2009 to one Esther. The union, however, hit the rocks in less than a year with the woman accusing Kwabena Kwabena of cheating on her with one Abena.
Shortly after his divorce, the musician tied the knot for the second with Abena Owusuaa but the marriage got dissolved in 2017 after Ms. Abena accused her now ex-husband of cheating on her with his then manager, Frema Adunyame, who now works with Accra-based Citi FM/Citi TV.
Although Ms. Frema denied allegations that she was dating her artiste, there were reports of the two planning to walk down the aisle in 2018.
But these relationships, according to Kwabena Kwabena, were without love on his part.
He, however, indicated his readiness to enter into another marriage should he fall in love. He said although his previous marriages failed, the experience he got from those unions has made him a better person.
“I have save many marriages, relationships but I couldn’t save mine. I still believe in love and if I fall in love, I will walk down the aisle again. I have never fallen in love. But love everything that has happened in past marriages and relationships. I’ve learnt a lot and feel like it makes me a better person,” he stated.
