Guinness Ghana, the nation’s leading total beverage business delivered a night of music, dance and unforgettable entertainment when it took the EEBOSO Promotion to the Upper East Regional capital, Bolgatanga.
After a stellar start of the campaign in Accra and Kumasi, the promotion which seeks to reward consumers with prizes in cash, airtime, and free drinks worth GHS3 million, enveloped the Bolgatanga township.
As the sun set on the savannah plains, the Bright House experience came alive with an eclectic mix of music, dance, poetry, and fashion. The atmosphere was electric, as guests were welcomed by the skilled DJ, Black Cedi. His mastery of the turntables set the tone for a night of non-stop entertainment, and he kept the crowd on their feet throughout the night.
Explaining why Guinness Ghana launched EEBO SO’ promotion in its Bright House in Bolga, Philip Ashon, Corporate Communications Manager at Guinness Ghana said:
“The Guinness Bright House is a fundamental part of the Guinness Black Shines Brightest campaign – it is a model bar which serves as a cultural space and a hub for people to connect and energize each other with creativity, inspiration and, of course, ice-cold Guinness, Star or Orijin. We are launching EEBO SO promotion here at Jocom Pub, which is a model Guinness Bright House, because the Guinness brand has its DNA deeply ingrained in the bar culture. Bars are the beating heart of our culture as Africans. This is where people can express themselves freely and feel as part of a community”
“As we celebrate and jam to good vibes, we are telling Ghanaians that each time you buy any Star Beer, Guinness Foreign Extra Stout and Orijin, look under the crown for a unique code. Dial *1000# and send code for a chance to win loads of cash, free drinks, and airtime. This is just one of the ways we are celebrating the resilience of the Ghanaian people and to say thank you.”
“When you buy any 3 bottles of Star Beer, Guinness FES, and Orijin you stand a chance of winning loads of airtime, free drinks every day with weekly cash prizes of GHS50, GHS100 and a grand prize of GHS5,000”
“Redemption of the prizes is only valid within the duration of the promotion. There is no restriction with regards to the number of times you can participate. However, consumers are allowed to win only twice daily.”
The MC for the night, Kofi Darlington, was in his element, captivating the audience with his wit and charm. His engaging banter with the crowd kept the energy high and set the stage for a night of unforgettable performances. The performances were a testament to the limitless potential for creative expression through music, with artistes showcasing their versatility and blending culture and art seamlessly.
From Kundivi Mahama’s soulful melodies to Auggy Santino’s electrifying beats, the artists on stage left no stone unturned in delivering a show-stopping performance. The night’s headliners, Namba Wan, Soorebia, Macasio, and Larusso, displayed their craft as well. Xbabados’ powerful poetry was a major highlight, touching the hearts and minds of those who listened with themes of sorrow, strength, and hope.
Fashion also took center stage, with models strutting down the runway in vibrant, eye-catching designs that showcased Bolgatanga’s unique craftsmanship and style. Each look was a work of art, expressing culture and lifestyle through clothing in a way that was both inspiring and beautiful.
