Bolgatanga based leading beverages wholesale distribution company Lesken Enterprise Limited has successfully sold out 13.5% of the entire volume of beverages produced by Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited in the 2020-2021 business year.
According to Managing Director of the company Mr Kenneth Anewenah popularly known as Lesken, the success chalked by the company can be attributed to the hard work and dedication of its staff who were honored at an annual awards night in Bolgatanga.
In all, over 30 workers of the company went home with various prices ranging from refrigerators, television sets, motorbikes and cash prices with the overall best worker Emmanuel Abongo walking home with a cash price of Ghc 10,000.
Speaking at the awards night on Saturday, Mr Ken Anewenah disclosed that the company has become an anchor and strong pillar for Guinness Ghana Limited, adding that Guinness Ghana limited will cough if Lesken Enterprise makes a move.
“The company has chalked brilliant performances. We did the best Lager in the whole of Ghana. We also were the best in Guinness Stout in the whole of Ghana. It also heartwarming and refreshing to know that with your contribution, we did 13.5% of the entire volume of Guinness Ghana Limited. What it means is that if Lesken sneezes, Guinness will cough,” he said.
Meanwhile Mr Anewenah also announced a Ghc 50,000 welfare package for the staff of the company to support workers secure financial support for the purposes of educating their children to the tertiary level.
