Bolgatanga based young singer, Christabel Danjei known on stage as Chrisberry has landed a working deal with Afrobeats Super Star Kelvyn Boy on an upcoming ‘banger’.
Pictures and videos sighted by Dreamzfmonline.com of the three individuals suggest that the ‘big’ feature for the Best New Artiste of the year winner at the 2020 Upper East Muisc Awards, has been made possible by Dr Emmanuel Bortey Borketey, Chief Executive Officer of Charger Limited, producers of Happyman Bitters, who are title brand sponsors of the annual awards scheme.
“Xtreme Empire to the world. Best of Luck Kelvyn Boy and Chrisberry. Work in progress, Night duties. Thank you Black Cedi. Banger Alert. Upper East to the world. Support the Generational brand, we unearth and support talents to shine” Mr Bortey Borketey wrote on social media.
The development we understand is in fulfillment of the package that came with winning the Best New Artiste of the year and Dr Emmanuel Bortey Borketey and his company are taking full expenses of project with Kelvyn Boy including Video Shoot, transportation, accommodation, feeding among other essentials of Wonder Woman hit Maker.
The “big” feature though yet to be made public, comes after a turbulent week for the talented singer and her management label – the Xtreme Empire.
It has come out that the Charger Limited CEO also intervened in the matter of Xtreme Empire terminating the contract of Chrisberry due to alleged misbehavior on the Artiste’s part.
But in a latest press release, Xtreme Empire announced that the issues have been resolved, stating their willingness to continue work with the singer.
It is still unclear what the title of the song with Kelvyn Boy would be, how much he is charging for the feature and how long it will take for the song to be ready.
Whiles we anticipate a ‘banger’ as declared by the Charger Limited CEO, it is right appreciating his passion and efforts towards the growth of music and Showbiz in the Upper East region.
We also say congratulations to organizers of the Happyman Bitters Upper East Music Awards and Chrisberry on her upcoming project.
