A former Director-General of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority(GPHA), Mr Richard Anamoo, has donated five Apsonic motorbikes to support activities of the National Democratic Congress(NDC) in the Bolgatanga Central Constituency of the Upper East Region.

At a short ceremony to present the motorbikes to executives of the constituency on behalf of Mr Anamoo in Bolgatanga yesterday, November 5, 2020, Mr Seth Fuseini, the  NDC ward chairman for Yorogo, who presented the bikes to the constituency chairman, said the donation is meant to help the NDC with reaching out to more voters with the NDC’s message so that the NDC can win back power from New Patriotic Party(NPP).

The NDC constituency chairman for the Bolgatanga Central Constituency, Mr George Ayanore, who received the donation, thanked Mr Anamoo for the kind gesture, pledging to put the motorbikes to the best of use. He noted that the donation was timely, and would be of immense benefit to the constituency in its campaign activities.

“Victory belongs to us. But if we don’t spread the NDC’s message to the people, they won’t know about the NDC’s plans for them. So this donation is timely. We shall work so that John Mahama will become President again and also get Isaac Adongo retained,” Mr Ayanore said.
