Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has stated that selling the New Patriotic Party’s message for a second term bid has not been a difficult thing to do because they have performed well and it is evident to the people.
The Vice President stressed that once the people are able to see and feel the evidence of the fulfillment of NPP’s promises made to them in 2016, asking them for four more years to do more has become easy.
He made the point today on Asempa FM’s Ekosii sen programme Wednesday monitored by Dreamzfmonline.com.
Having toured the northern part of the country in the past weeks, Dr. Bawumia stressed that Ghanaians have been receptive of the message of the New Patriotic Party following the party’s sterling performance over the past three and half years.
According to him, while telling the voting public what government has done, the NPP is cautiously seeking to protect what it has achieved while giving indications of what should be expected in the next administration of the party.
The Vice President has been touring the Greater Accra region as part of the Government’s campaign for the 2020 general elections.
