Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
- First degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in quantity surveying
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering) is an added advantage
- Proficiency in IT skills (e.g., MS Office, Autodesk, construction software)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site measurements and surveys
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
- Analyze and negotiate contract claims
- Monitor project expenses and ensure budget compliance
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Provide cost advice and guidance to project teams
