The Finance Minister and member of the NPP’s 2024 Campaign team, Dr. Amin Adam, has made a passionate appeal to the people of the Upper East Region to change their voting pattern, as the 2024 elections draw near.
Speaking during Dr. Bawumia’s campaign tour in the region, Dr. Adam emphasized the need for a shift in allegiance, citing the dominance of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in previous elections as “unfair”.
Dr. Adam praised the current Member of Parliament, Abdulai Abanga, for his remarkable achievements in less than four years, including numerous developmental projects and boreholes that have transformed lives in the constituency.
He urged the people to reward Abanga’s hard work by re-electing him in the upcoming December 7 Elections.
“You must renew his mandate to represent you in Parliament, to continue the life-changing projects he is bringing to you,” Dr. Adam emphasized.
Addressing the region’s voting history, Dr. Adam posed a thought-provoking question: “Upper East Region, you have to change course this year. You have two sons, but each time we go for elections, you give the elections to Mahama and leave the other son of yours. Is it fair?”
