Bill Boards and other paraphernalia of the People’s National Convention, PNC in the Upper East Region according to the outgoing Secretary and Aspirant to the Regional Chairmanship slot, Albert Adongo are conspicuously missing thereby affecting the visibility of the party in the region.

Delivering a status report of the regional executives at an ongoing Upper East Regional Delegates Conference, under theme: “Building a strong party through Parliamentary improvement,” Mr. Adongo admitted that the party is not visible as he laments the absence of bill boards, and other paraphernalia marketing the party.

Highlighting the challenges of the party, the regional scribe, said the party is in dire need of a vehicle for administrative activities adding the Regional Executives are continually at loggerheads with constituency executives and landlords for payment of rent arrears leading to the locking up of some Constituency offices.

“Mr. Chairman, another setback of our Administration is that bill boards and sign boards in the region are conspicuously absent leading to the invisibility of the party when visitors come to the region. The region is also in dire need of a party vehicle to facilitate our movement within the region,” he said.

He added: “Besides, the regional executives just like other regions are continuously at loggerheads with constituency executives and landlords for payment of rent arrears leading to the closure of our party offices in some constituencies”.

Having inherited a party without a Member of Parliament, Mr. Adongo said the party in the region is targeting to win two constituencies, Talensi and Builsa South.
